We are happy to announce that we will be continuing yoga classes in January at Schafer's Health Center. Come join new instructor Melissa Remme. We have added a new morning class. It will be at 6 a.m. Wednesdays and Fridays. Do you have quart or pint jars that you want to get rid of? If you are going to throw them away or recycle consider putting them to good use. Those Crazy Goat Ladies, of Sibley, Iowa, can use the jars for goats milk laundry soap.

If you come across any jars you would like to donate you can drop them off at Schafer's Health Center.
